The rooms were exceptionally clean and surprisingly large for New York - I was pleasantly surprised, checking in was smooth and every member of the team that we met and engaged with were professional and went out of their way to provide assistance. The facilities were also great - the gym, cinema room, laundry services etc.

Top location, very spacious rooms (technically small apartments) per Manhattan standards. Also very well equipped. We've got a big microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and it was a great plus to see paper towels and dishwashing liquid provided.
