Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and HDMI cord for streaming. Our Peloton bikes are only compatible with standard athletic sneakers.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The room was perfect for us! It was spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The location was great, just a couple of minutes away from Fulton Street subway and all the staff were so helpful and friendly! It made our stay even more enjoyable :)

We have been here for a week and the flat is located right in finacial district and next to the 9/11 memorial. There is also a subway station right done at the street. A supermarket and several foodstands are aroound the corner as well. The falt itself is well spaced and the little kitchen is ok for having a little bit of cooking. The main room bed is comfortable, the sleeping sofa is ok. the bathroom is ok. as well. We had a little issue with a leakage on the flush but it was fixed without be hussle. Overall it is a good place to stay for a city trip to New York.

The apartment was beautifully renovated and had everything that we required, including a small kitchen with a microwave oven, stove top and dishwasher. We also loved that there was complimentary use of the laundry available in the building. The location was very convenient, with the nearest subway station linking most lines. The concierge staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
