Please note that there is a 2% transaction fee when you pay with a credit card or a Visa or MasterCard debit card. There is no surcharge for payments made with EFTPOS or cash.A valid credit card must be presented on arrival, and be in the same name as the guests's name on the booking confirmation. An incidentals bond may be required. The stunning views over the ocean. The penthouse suite was a real treat. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The restaurant had a great menu and were flexible about sharing a large main course between us. Easy parking on site. Nice to have a bright reading light. Comfy bed.

Friendly staff. When we needed extra plates, cutlery etc for visitors it was not a problem. The lounges were very tired and lacked support. Overall a great layout but the lounge area needs to be updated. Nice & clean.

The restaurant is very good and cafe style for breakfast which is a big bonus. The location waterfront and in town is superb. The room was spacious and clean and the bed super comfy. Large TV too.

The geographic location was very suitable for us. We were able to walk most places around the city that we wanted to visit. Even Pukekura Park was within walking distance and great having the waterfront walk/cycle ways right at the door step. Our room was well configured for couples or share twin in our case.
