My family and I have always stayed here whenever we travel to New Plymouth and we always love the service and facilities. Always outstanding. This time however, I was really shocked and disappointed that the breakfast menu doesn't include hot food, only continental buffet of cereals, fruit, toast and juices. They don't even offer porridge which I always had. Sadly missed the chef who always filled my orders.

Easy to access. Comfortable although our area was somewhat dated. New Plymouth is a lovely town, especially the Pukakura Gardens and My Taranaki. Worth spending a few days there

Alex the concierge/bar manager/ general all round legend was amazing. Excellent customer service. That man deserves a raise. Also appreciate being able to book with a dog, was a big part of the reason we stayed there. Bar and restaurant looked good but having the option of room service dinner in our room won the day.

Great location with good parking right outside our room. Excellent on site restaurant and lovely staff. Very comfortable and clean, would recommend!
