The location was perfect. Stayed there just before Christmas and the decor was special. Arrived in around 8.30 and bar packed and limited selection of food outlets. But not a deal breaker. Ended up in another onsite bar and the barman was very helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We got upgraded to a suite without having extra charges and we were very pleased with that. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent and we had a wonderful dinner at the Fountain Lounge, the crab cake there is delicious !

Clean, great food . The hotel is in the perfect location to get to Bourbon Street. I love the security at the hotel, everyone needs a hotel key to get to the rooms and enter through the back door. AMAZING STAY!

Unrecognized charges on my card, I had to return to the hotel after checking out and make the claim. After this they overdraw my card again. fatal

Room was clean, spacious and well appointed - loved the toiletries. The staff (front desk, concierges, porters, cleaners) were exceptional - knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.
