The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This Sonder has a fresh air return system and is prone to noise. There is no cable. This Sonder is located right above a hotel. Use the entrance on LaSalle Street and continue to the last two elevators. Luggage storage is provided by the valet company. It is cash only and there is an ATM on the property. The rooftop pool is located on the 19th floor and is open 9 am to 9 pm. Please note, it is not heated and may close on short notice due to weather or maintenance. Hotel license 194910. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

There was a huge amount of space, probably too much for two people. Huge bed, walk-in wardrobes, a very large separate living space and kitchen that we didn't really use but would benefit other guests. The virtual reception worked really well and also the check-in process of simply having codes to enter simplified the process. The location, being outside the French Quarter, but not too far, was ideal. There is a street car stop right outside that takes you down Canal St to the French Quarter. All-in-all, highly recommend.

Really nice apartment, fully equipped kitchen (it isn't always when it says it is), good WiFi, really clean, nice bedlinen and a great bed. The staff were super quick to respond to queries via the app. I've stayed in many apartment hotels in the US when I'm there working for a week or two and this comes out on top when it comes to the kitchen equipment and the service

The entire apartment is very clean and pleasant. The in-house washing machine and dryer is one of the reason why I chose the property. Can be quite a distance/walk to the city center

Beautiful big open space, great furniture. We were given an extra blanket for free on request. Rooftop pool area is very nice. Location is great, right next to the tram and walkable to all downtown attractions.
