Great location at the edge of the Garden District. Street car at front door. 15 mins to Canal St & French Quarter. Approx 20 mins to zoo, passing through the mansions of the Garden District. Good selection of eating places nearby. Front desk staff member was very helpful. Room was good size, comfortable and overall, very clean. Always good supplies of coffee, tea and bathroom essentials to help yourself to. Check in process was straight forward.

The staff were helpful for certain issues with changing the rooms at a request and checking out/looking after bags.
