Breakfast was satisfactory. We had paid for breakfast when booking the room. We were then presented with a bill. I explained we had already paid and was told we had to have a token. This should clearly have been given to us on arrival at the hotel and not made to feel it was our fault. As far as the food was concerned I enjoyed my yogurt granola and fruit. However you must stop using plastic cutlery and paper cups. This is nit only environmentally unacceptable it is also not a good thing to eat and drink with in a hotel. We are not on a picnic

The lobby area of the hotel was beautiful and decorated well for Christmas. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk staff were always helpful when we had any questions.

Rooms were amazing, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful and were just good people overall. The rooms were clean, had amazingly soft beds and the bathroom was also super clean. The rooms were provided with earbuds against the loud music and the balcony was one large shared balcony, which had a great view of bourbon street. The food, both breakfast and dinner, were really good!

The position is good and bad. Right in the middle of the action in Bourbon street which can be intense if not prepared. All you could want to visit of French Quarter in a short stroll. Beds were comfortable and rooms surprisingly quiet.
