Location was excellent, the hotel was a lot better than we thought it would be for the price we paid. Having travelled Nashville, Memphis, Vicksburg the theme was becoming the hotels flatter to deceive so we kind of expected as this was a really value for money to other hotels around it would be a a bit run down but quite the opposite, restaurants was good value too and food was superb.

It is maybe the best location in New Orleans, right on the corner of Bourbon and Canal. The hotel has the grand atmosphere of the good old days.

Excellent location on Canal street, welcomed by the bell man & stored my luggage till my return. Prompt check in & details explained. Spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed, lovely coffee machine & everything needed in room. Decorated well throughout the hotel & in excellent condition. Staff were all very nice.
