The manager Mr Sanjay took a personal interest in my well being and comfort! He has a soft demeanour and takes every complaint if any and immediately rectifies it. He was extremely kind and helpful over And above what was needed and ensured my being safe and sound. From the front desk staff to the room attendants , the second floor where we ate our meals the servers were excellent. Even the doorman an ex army gentleman went out of his way to help with cabs . Over all this hotel staff is extremely efficient, kind, soft spoken and go out their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! They are approachable and friendly and I felt this was my home away from home. Pampered thoroughly! Even after I checked out they made sure I was taken care of and thati reached my destination safely since I was alone! The food is really good too! Extremely centrally located makes it super convenient too. With three big malls attached a mere 100 yards away there is access to everything!

Hotel send message confirming the booking. Since arrived early had to wait an hour to checkin. Lift secutity with card incert. Walking distance to the malls. Toiletry including shaving kit. Nice beds, mini-bar, free bottled water, security locker, ironing board etc.

Location is excellent, and IRD is good. Special mention to the chef who cooked the food exactly to our liking every time without fail. Housekeeping staff was nice.
