The staff took good care of me and my mother, especially Angana and Diksha. I also really liked interacting with the Manager. She is a very nice person.

The location is great, very close to metro station. The room was spacious and breakfast was really nice. All staff were friendly and very helpful!!

Room was big and looked great. Good quality accessories in bathroom 2 restaurants to choose from, providing nice service and well equipped gym available 24/7. Very helpful when arriving at unusual hours When arriving to hotel from domestic terminal it’s better to go by subway. International terminal very easily accessible by car

Hotel was good as per my expectations. Staff, room, comfort, facility, security all were good. Inside hotel air quality was much better than outside. Outside in Drlhi it was feeling like smoke smoke smoke everywhere with burning of eyes, nose, coughing. Inside hotel it was much cleaner air and relief.

They upgraded us to a room overlooking the airport.. we could see planes taking off from our window. It was Diwali.. so complementary sweets were simply chefs kiss!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff very kind. During our stay, the hotel hosted multiple weddings, it was nice for us to see them. We also appreciated the cuisine of both the restaurants inside the hotel, like the Indian cuisine by the indu express, and dosa and pancakes served for breakfast at creo. A special mention goes to the indu express staff, they are great.
