I booked a room for double occupancy for one day and I liked the services provided by the staff, I was impressed more and continued and extended my stay for four more days. The staff at reception and the staff of service persons are so good in servicing, more responsible, sincerely doing their work. With a small problem I requested to change the room immediately without asking anything they considered my request and changed. I am very much thankful to all the staff. Ramesh

Very nice rooms, quite spacious and well laid out. Very nice restaurant with a good variety of choices for dinner, also served beer. Unfortunately we left to early for breakfast, but will have it on our return later in the month.

Our 3rd stay here. This hotel is exceptional it is extremely clean, smells so lovely when you walk through main door. Rooms are a good size, bed linen and towels very clean. Hair dryer supplied alongside toiletries. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. This is one of the best hotels in Delhi not down a dirty alley hard to find but on the main street easy to get tuk tuk and yet very quiet rooms. Great selection for breakfast, continental and Indian and again staff are so friendly and service excellent. Our come to hotel for all our stays in Delhi

I booked the hotel because it offered a nice family sized room. Four adults could comfortably sleep in the two double beds. Bathrooms were newly renovated, clean and water was hot. We used the gym, it was small but decent. We did not use any other services (eg breakfast).

In an excellent location for the main railway station and links to the metro and airport. Very clean room and comfy bed and staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread had plenty of choice and it was good value for money. We would definitely stay again if passing through Delhi.

The upgraded room was more than adequate..The furniture could do designed better. Room service is available and there is a buffet breakfast which is nice.

When I checked in for a 4 night stay (as I had stayed in 2019 for a couple of days and liked the hotel ) the room had not been cleaned. They promptly gave me another one. The air conditioning is second to none as is the room service which was very good. The staff are all friendly and obliging. I would have no hesitation to recommend this place, as I am on the choosy side I used the Travel Desk to hire a car for the day and arranged my onward flight and airport drop. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and linen. 5* service for a 3* hotel.

The bedroom I stayed in was very spacious with comfortable beds. The location was great and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom was clean and so was the room. Was nice to get slippers to wear around too. Breakfast was an interesting mix of food to choose from and there was something for everyone. We also ate here for dinner a few times and it was really good food for a great price. The service is a bit slow so don’t eat here if you are in a rush.
