Excellent dinner and breakfast catering; complimentary upgrade to spacious suite was appreciated. Room service vg. Hotel well-placed for Old Delhi & Red Fort visiting. Good views from higher floors. Staff friendly & professional.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Special thanks to the front desk staff members who made my stay even more memorable with their personalized care and helpfulness. It’s rare to encounter such excellent customer service, and it truly made all the difference. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. But the real highlight was the incredible staff who provided service with a smile and made me feel right at home. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
