This is the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. All staff are good at hotels, they are expected to be, however, EVERY member of staff at the Imperial will go over and above what would normally be expected - Amazingly courteous, genuinely helpful, and perfectly dressed. The hotel is extravagant in a colonnial style, huge perfect corridors, endless cleaning without disrupting the customers. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and it's staff. An immense pleasure to stay and I WILL be returning.

Always my favorite place, luxury while retaining the old times flavor, only place in town. Service is outstanding and all staff makes the most to help and greet. Food is very good at the San Gimignano and the Spice Route. Great breakfast.

Stunning property in colonial style. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. It was quiet at night. The property itself is really amazing. The spa is lovely and has nice steam and sauna facilities for men and women separately. Breakfast had lots of good options catering to a variety of different tastes. Staff were very friendly

Really fantastic stay, the staff could not have been nicer, and everything was perfect. Food, facilities, general vibe. Whoever does staff training there should really be commended, they have managed the fine art of making guests feel valued and looked after, without being a bother. Highly recommend
