Clean hotel with very comfortable beds. Staff very attentive. Food was okay. We tried breakfast and whilst there was a reasonable choice some of the food was too oily.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, nice bar area. Only downside was the pool was out of action for a private party the whole time we were there which was very disappointing as it was very hot and we had deliberately chosen the hotel as it had a pool!

Property is good. Maybe it needs a renovation in the long run. The staff is the best extremely helpful courteous and ready to help.

Great Short Stay. Very well connected via local transport options (cabs, tuk tuks/auto, cycle rickshaw etc). Has a metro station just adjacent which makes it easy to travel into the city centre. Food options and shopping market (Lajpat Nagar) just 10 mins away by local transport / 15-20 mins walking if you can brave the sun. The breakfast is a good mix of Indian and continental food options and the staff are very courteous and accommodating. You can also make use of their own travel desk for day trips and excursions. Pro Tip: Make sure to check with the reception about local transport charges before being charged 2-3 times more. And always bargain as this is a common norm in the country.

Was upgraded to the junior suite because yhat was the only available room :). The breakfast was good, but not great. The servers were efficient, not eager.

I couldn't be happier with my stay. The staff were so welcoming, they upgraded my room for free, the room was 5*, so comfortable and clean and spacious. The location is also great, right by a tube station even though there is no noise from it, and to the east is a nice safe neighborhood to walk around in. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in this area.

Comfortable room, good working bathroom and very nice breakfast. Wifi worked well and staff were helpful and polite. The restaurant also provided good food for the evening.

The room as well as the hotel is very tastefully decorated. Breakfast spread, especially the salad section, was excellent. The location is near enough to the airport, so very convenient. Loved our stay.
