Please note that the apartments are spread across different blocks of Greater Kailash but all check-in and key collection will take place in our office at: W-57, Greater Kailash I (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise, where guests will be provided directions to their allotted apartment & other helpful information. Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival.A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee.Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorisation on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice.Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp.Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival.Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, extra guests will be charged.Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. It was clean, well maintained and the staff especially Mr Jagat Basnet was so helpful in every respect. He was gentle, soft spoken and very polite. He helped us in every way and we are so grateful to him for making our stay a pleasant one. Will visit with family and friends again. Thank you.

The people here are AMAZING!!! Amit, Amar, Amul and Shivam & Ashish! These guys took so much care of us. They made the checkin process easy, they gave us a care package as a gift. They cleaned the room every day. Any question or help we needed, they IMMEDIATELY helped us! Amar & Shivam helped us at 1AM. I had to call Amar in an emergency looking for a new place (our travel plans were cancelled and we had already checked out of the Greater Kailash area)... and Amar -- this wonderful human being -- he woke up late at night, called multiple people for us and got us an excellent apartment near by. Our own relatives don't go this above and beyond for us, as much as Amar, Amit, Shivam, and Ashish did! I am telling you -- my girlfriend is from Portugal and I am from Canada -- every time we come to India from now on, we are staying at any location that Amar, Amit, and Shivam have. The standards are beyond excellent -- especially for foreigners. The cleanliness is perfect! The apartments are beautiful. The price is absolutely worth it and the locations are very tourist safe and upscale. It is safe for us as foreigners to walk around and explore the local markets. Amar - I am very very VERY grateful to you sir! THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping us out at 1AM and finding us a new place to stay. You woke up in the middle of the night just to help us. If you are a foreigner and want international standards with cleanliness and safety: this is the location for you. Just call Amar, Amit or Shivam and book an apartment with them. These people have hearts of gold and they actually care. This is very difficult to find in India. Most other hotels are very hit or miss or very dirty. I cannot stress enough how refreshing it is to be able to go into an apartment that is of international quality and standards and is extremely clean and in a safe area. 10/10 in every aspect! Thank you guys for taking care of us and saving us at 1AM when we were roaming around Delhi.
