The hotel is in a prime location. The service is very good, and the breakfast is amazing, The staff are friendly and always ready to help you with anything you need.

It is a well maintained hostel with hotel like staff and facilities. The deluxe room had a balcony although monkeys can be a nuisance. The pool seemed to be well maintained with clear water. The food was great including breakfast and dinner in buffet style with reasonable hours of operation.

I booked a room in this hostel for my elderly mother, and she was very happy with her stay. She traveled alone and stayed there twice – at the beginning and end of her trip, in different rooms. Everything went smoothly! The hostel felt safe, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My mother really enjoyed her stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

The first room I was taken to post check in was dirty, the walls were peeling off.It was next to a fire horse that was leaking and there was a mattress below it to stop/soak the leaking. It was upsetting till they decided tp change the room.Maybe the experience gave me the poor impression
