We felt incredibly safe and well looked after at the Maidens hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and shown to our amazing heritage room. This was almost certainly the most luxurious hotel we've ever stayed at, and we received expert hospitality services throughout. We had a problem with the plug, and upon informing reception they had sent up an electrician to sort the issue within 10 minutes! The food was good, and the chef kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us as we were being picked up early in the morning for an excursion to the Taj Mahal. The pool area was fantastic. A true gem of tranquillity in a huge and somewhat overwhelming city! I'm so glad we booked this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone!

We have stayed at many good hotels, but this represents the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. When every member of staff is aligned to ensure you feel special and welcome. Rooms are spectacular and interiors throughout are outstanding.

Rooms were a great size everything and more. Dinner menu was extensive something for everyone. Pool area was outstanding very tranquil Room service was spot on. Staff went above and beyond very attentive.

Beautiful hotel in foyer and restaurants and surrounding garden. Staff were amazing. The wing where I stayed seemed a little dilapidated and the bathroom was not very nice. Definitely needs refreshing. Had to climb on a stool to access shower which is a little unsafe.
