Weird neighborhood, far from attractions. Not so clean. Hot shower, simple but tasty breakfast.

Good location for Pahargangh, quieter and less chaotic. It's away from the main traveller centre of Bazaar Rd which might not suit everyone. The hotel offers a good reception, 24hr security guard and a coffee shop with an ok restaurant and breakfast in the sister hotel. The staff were friendly The rooms were clean but a bit worn. plenty of ac and hot water and a fridge in each room with acceptable prices. Food good and not too pricey.additional services like airport taxi a little pricey as getting your own easy. Unless you book a room with an inclusive airport pick up (more money) the pickup isn't free:Rp 12800 . Likewise the breakfast is extra but ok for 450. Overall I thought this was a good hotel for the money.

The airport pickup service was just spot on . My entire trip felt easy because from the airport I could reach the hotel which is in the city centre and could explore all options . The breakfast buffet is tasty and this property at this price range is a total steal because so many benefits are included !! Price to quality ratio is just EXCELLENT!!

Staff were friendly in nice area can pick up taxi or Tuk Tuk outside the hotel rooms were ok I would say 3 star near all shopping areas .

Very nice hotel , felt really relaxed staying at a comfortable accommodation near city centre . Breakfast was just what I wanted and the cafe downstairs is a must visit . Food at this hotel is a 11/10 so you must go for it . The airport pickup service is a blessing in disguise so you save yourself from scam artists at airport !

Great hotel close to the railway station if you're planning an onward trip by rail. Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Rooms are excellent with all amenities and cleaned daily.

We liked cafes that were on the ground floor, they were clean and the personal there was very kind, especially the cafe that is in the next hotel (Godwin), the food there was amazing. The breakfast place was not very clean. The reception workers were not the kindest ones. The security workers were so kind and smily they were always opening the doors, they made good first expression. The minus is the loudy street, there is noise 24/7. At least we chose room on the opposite side of the hotel that was less noisy.
