Our stay was fine on all levels. My only dislike is that the implication when booking is that this Hotel it is very close to the airport of course as many other Hotels throughout our travels especially India this is not true, they much further away and taxi cost us not great.

All was very good , everything you needed . The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great , real hot water . The complimentary breakfast was also very good . Also an electric kettle was provided for coffee/ tea in the morning, a nice touch .

- Value for money - Location is easy to find on a major road - Bathrooms seemed recently renovated incl all fixtures - We got breakfast incl deal. Breakfast was simple - bread/toast, butter, jam, tea/coffee, boiled eggs, aloo poorie - staff helpful

People were hospitable except on the front desk. There was cleaniness in the room. Room service was 24 hrs and really kind.

It is a normal hotel - if I ignore a few minor things I would say the overall stay was OK as you get what you pay for and the service & facilities cannot be compared with 4&5 * hotels where you pay more than triple the amount. 1) Staff was friendly. (+) 2) Food was good (+) 3) Room was OK (There is a scope to maintain it better - the wall paint & cleanliness) 4) Location: (-) it is nearby to the airport (5.5 km, 20 min drive) but there was heavy traffic on the road and it took 50 min to reach.

We are 9 pax from Malaysia and we just need room for rest before our flight back to Malaysia . We did early check-in at 6am with a small charges and we leave 8pm same day.
