Please note that the guests must have a departure flight from Terminal 3 within 24 hours of check in at the hotel. After the check in, the guests are not allowed to exit the airport.For the International Wing, guests must have a counter issued boarding pass for the next International flight and their baggage must be checked through to the final destination.For the Domestic wing, guests must have a valid International / Domestic flight ticket from Terminal 3 within 24 hours.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A heartfelt thank you to HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS NEW DELHI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL 3 for the excellent service my 88-year-old mother received during her hotel stay! The service at the hotel was truly beyond words — absolutely outstanding. Special thanks also to the hotel's Front Office Manager, Mr. Akshat Agrawal, who helped my elderly mother more than we could have ever hoped for. Mr. Akshat Agrawal was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. He is truly a noble representative of hotel management with his exceptional professionalism! The hotel's location at Delhi Airport was also excellent — it allowed my mother to rest well during her layover and enjoy a meal without the strain of having to travel farther.

As the hotel is within the airport its very convenient, not having to fight over taxi fares with the cabbie to get to a hotel and then back is a real plus for international travellers. I have stayed there maybe 15 times and always found the staff very pleasant and helpful - especially when checking in to my flight following my stay.

All went well. We arrived T3 from Varanase and left from T3 to London 10 hours later. Complicated setup where we needed to be accompanied to our hotel and collected and returned to the terminal 10 hours later. It was all to do with moving between domestic and international flights without leaving the airport. A nice gentleman helped us. Hotel was great and restaurant did the job. Only downside was all the additional taxes. So room plus meal was costly but we felt worth it as we had the long layover.

This is the only affordable hotel in the airport. After a long flight it is a perfect location really helpful staff and good food with restaurant that serves all hours. Clean comfortable and lots of hot water. All you need for lay over. Make sure you understand which wing you need to be in. Domestic Wing- for those travellers arriving landside- so either international travelers who have flown into Delhi airport but who have NOT checked their luggage straight through to onward destination (so you will need to pass Indian immigration - evisa needed in for UK passports - to collect your bags. Holiday inn desk is on the right after baggage claim. You will need to show your onward flight booking that Must be departing from T3. If unsure the hotel booking staff were really helpful, the international wing is if you are genuinely in transit - so your baggage e has been checked through to destination so you dont have to pass through immigration,

Location inside the terminal is practical but it is recommendable (if possible) to stay in the international wing to bypass immigration and security controls which are extremely slow (60+ minutes at 1am…)

The room was very nice and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great and convenient at the airport. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
