Commendable place – impeccably kept, and a keen attention to detail, without being fussy about it. It is a rare occasion to find an accommodation whose hosts strive for perfection while making guests feel uncompromisingly welcome at the same time.

Hanna House proved to be an ideal place for us to stopover on the trip down the east coast. The B&B was easy to find, parking was possible on the drive and it was a very short walk into town for an evening meal. The room was very comfortable and the choice of homemade breakfast options was amazing. Our picks were very tasty. We were able to leave our car at the B&B for a few hours so we could explore New Bern, before heading on our way.

Staff was friendly. Location was excellent, very walkable to town, shopping, restaurants. Breakfast was very good, many choices, and enjoyable talking with other guests.

Every morning was a new adventure, trying a new breakfast item off an extensive list to try from. Stuffed French toast with a creme Brule sauce, least favorite was the souffle omelet. All prepared with care and love, because of there passion for food.
