The location is very good, just near the hotel you can see, early in the morning, how they lunch the balloons. Breakfast was very good. The staff is very active and they always help you. In 5 minutes you are in Goreme, driving.

Reception is good, breakfast very good, location is right at the beginning of the town, so it's about 5-7 taxi ride to the centre.The town centre is absolutely magica. The location view is still alright. The room is clean. The staff are good but I believe owners don't care. Business is business.

Since the hot air balloon were cancelled for two days, we decided to extend our vacation. I decided to book again in this beautiful hotel, since we were treated so well on our first stay. The manager Ersel really knows what he is doing, he exceeds in his job. He is very caring and passionate about the hotel he works in. Every hotel should have a manager like him. Since in our previous stay we mentioned that it was our honeymoon, he upgraded our room with a bath tub to a room with a Jacuzzi, on top of it he left the room with a surprise awaiting for us. Really, I couldn’t be more grateful towards the staff. Batu, Osman and Yunus were the staff that you should wish to have when owning a hotel, always ready to help, available and friendly. I stayed in a hotel in Goreme and you could not compare the two. The breakfast is so vast, they have plenty of food and drinks and everything is fresh! the kitchen staff are amazing at what they do! I would rather stay in Cavuçin and pay those 3$ to get to the city center (which by the way they will always call a taxi for you) than staying in Göreme where you pay more and don’t get the same value for the money you spend. Thank you again staff of Rapsodi Stone Suites for making our honeymoon so memorable.

I don’t usually write reviews but from the customer service we received from the staff of Rapsodi Stone Suites I felt I needed to write one. We liked Everything, from the breakfast to the room, but Batu from the reception and the manager Ersel exceeded our expectations! They set a great example of how a hotel should treat their customers, just to make an example, we arrived at the hotel around 10am, we were not expecting to be checked in, but Ersel said that the previous customers in the room checked out and while we were waiting for it to be cleaned he offered us to have breakfast, which we really enjoyed as they offer a large variety of food. we will definitely be back and I could not recommend a better place to stay in Cappadocia.

The property is new, and located near the main attractions. The rooms are really spacious, wide toilet and bath with strong shower. The building itself is beautifully designed.

Very nice place. Newly built and the balloons actually do go over the premises outside of your window. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly.
