Hotel staffs speak perfect English. Service was tip top. Breakfast was awesome accompanied by amazing scenic view. Hotel location is superb, hot air balloons came so closed and sometimes fly over our balcony and we could say hi to the people in the hot air balloons. We are glad that we chose this hotel and that specific room. it was an unforgettable experience.

Located in a fairy chimney, we were awestruck by the sheer beauty of the property. We stayed in winters only for a day. We wished we could stay longer. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Our check in was at 2pm but we ended up at 8.30am. They gave us our room without extra charge. As we were checking out next day at 5am and would have missed our breakfast, they offered us breakfast on first day itself. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and honest staff. Tips I gave when leaving the reception was put in the tip box, which was the first that I have experienced in any hotels that I’ve been to. And, I left my bag at the hotel restaurant and the staff brought it to me before I’ve even noticed!

Good hotel in convenient location, about 15 min walking distance to downtown Uchisar and the famous Uchisar castle. The staff are very good and helpful. The rooms are reasonable. The breakfast is nice and freshly cooked to order on the spot. The hotel is styled in a cave theme as suggested by the same. Overall, a good choice when visiting Cappadocia.

The view from our bedroom (wine cellar) was amazing and the room was very spacious. You can see the balloons from the balcony in the morning. The bed was a good size and very comfortable, and the jacuzzi bath was great. The staff are all very nice and accommodating.

Hotel staff was great ans supportive, specially the guy named Ruslan, breakfast was the highlight. They have a seperate Shisha Room and house wines as well. Their SkyLounge is also good. Located just few kms from Goreme.

Location ideal. Nice cave hotel. Staff friendly. Cats / dogs are there. Balloon view ++. Cool environment. Nice old pictures and ornaments. Food quantity is massive. Tasty. Nice view. Clean rooms.
