It was an amazing experience and the hotel is super cozy and clean. Everyone is very professional and ready to take good care of you. If you want to visit the place, make sure you ask for Mr Orkhan Huseynov, as he is the one who organized everything and made our trip an unforgettable experience. 🙏🏼 If you want to do also massage there, make sure you book your appointment early as there is big demand, especially for men. Thank you very much for everything, we will see you again. 🙏🏼

It's an excellent hotel, we had an amazing stay and the services were outstanding, staff are very welcoming , the hotel has many buildings and amazing scenery . There are many services offered in the hotel itself, such as horse riding , small electric cars for children, Art of clay Highly recommend, Hopefully I can come again to stay for a longer visit

Hotel is very far from the center. The hotel can prove transfer. Staff is great. It is quite but not so worth the money.

First and foremost, I must commend the meticulous thought put into the landscape design. The greenery and well-manicured gardens were a spectacle to behold. The presence of running water, whether it be tranquil fountains or cascading waterfalls, added a soothing touch to the overall ambiance. It truly felt like a serene oasis amidst bustling city life. The architecture of the buildings also deserves praise. The structures exuded elegance and sophistication, reflecting a keen attention to detail. The seamless blend of contemporary design with the classic elements showcased the meticulous planning and expertise involved. Not only were the buildings aesthetically pleasing, but they were also guest-friendly, providing convenience and comfort. Furthermore, the facilities provided were nothing short of exceptional. From the state-of-the-art fitness center , spa to the well-appointed dining establishments, every aspect was carefully crafted to meet the needs and desires of discerning travelers. The attention to customer satisfaction was evident in the outstanding service provided by the attentive staff.

We loved every aspect of our stay from the first minute we laid eyes on the place. We were kindly upgraded to the Kervansaray suite upon arrival, and it was out of this world. We have been travelling all around the world and have never seen a room quite like it. The attentive and considerate staff were amazing. A special mention to Baris and every one of the friendly faces at Zeferan restaurant. Truly magical! Orkhan Huseynov, we would like to thank you personally. With that special birthday surprise, you really blew us away.
