It was a nice and contemporary apartment, in an old building situated in the city center, with a view of the castle through the back windows (we got the top floor unit). Just be prepared to go up and down some stairs. The apartment has a small but very functional kitchen that has all the essentials (except, extra trash bags)😊 We appreciate that electrical adaptors/extension cords were stored in one of the drawers and there were more than enough towels (and paper towels) available. Location-wise, it was just a short walk to the castle, the shops, and the lake.

The bed was comfortable and pillows were ok. The room has most of what you need. The location for downtown Neuchatel was very good!
