Big single room, rather old, with single bed. Small bathroom but effective. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Staff friendliness.

Bath , bed was big. Location, few minutes walk to the shops and the lake. Parking was secure. Free bus tickets which we used.

This time I was upgraded and the room was excellent. I travel a lot to Neuchâtel and this is the best hotel in terms of value for your money as you get much more as one puts in. Always happy to be back.

Friendly staff, great location within walking distance to the city center and the main train station, a tourist card offering free public transport is included in the tourist tax, fast and reliable WiFi. You have the option to store your luggage.

Whether you're looking to enjoy the vibrant nightlife or explore the city's daytime attractions, this hotel is perfectly situated. Being just a short walk from the city center and the lake, it offers the ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. I especially love how easy it is to access all the nearby restaurants, shops, and cultural sites. Overall, this hotel remains my top choice whenever I'm in town. The combination of such nice and excellent service, a prime location, and comfortable accommodations keeps me coming back time and time again. Highly recommended!
