Beautiful builing, room with a soul, great bathtub 🥰 And the waterfals and dungeons next to it are so amazing! Sound of falling waters gives great sleep.

Interesting building which has been beautifully restored. The room was clean and had a great modern shower room , but we thought the bed was too low. Our room was right by the water mill and we found sleeping difficult. We went to another room whilst in our stay and it did not seem so much of an issue at the front of the hotel. All staff were very kind and helpful. The evening meal was good and clearly a destination for locals. Free tickets supplied by the hotel for the bus into Neuchâtel was useful as it is at least 20 minutes uphill from the lake. There were also discount vouchers available for attractions in the area. Good , easy parking outside. Breakfast included which was a nice bonus.

The staff was really nice and accomodating, the food amazing. (breakfast so so), the buidinh is grand.
