Friendly staff, great location that was close to station and centre and lake, clean room and felt like a bedroom. Coffee machine available in room with a selection of tea, coffee and a welcome biscuit.

The bathroom in the attic room 607 was amazing. The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean too. Great location, close to the Lake, the boats, a short walk to the Funicular (+ therefore the train station) and the town. Nice and quiet too.

We really liked the central location of this hotel. Friendly staff. Large comfortable room at the back (therefore quiet), with a small balcony. Breakfast seemed expensive, but was excellent.

The initial welcome by the staff was very thorough. Although there was no parking at the hotel itself the large car park at the end of the street was available and only 10 Swiss francs for the two days. The room was a very good size and well equipped. The hotel was convenient for the town centre and the train station. The cost was on the high side, breakfast being another 16 sfr pppn. The bar/restaurant next door B'art was really good but either get there before 7pm or book.
