“A very cozy and relaxed place to stay in Winterberg area”

Breakfast was very good and with a personal treatment (note: I went there at the very end of the ski season and there were few guests - not sure if my experience would be the same during ski peak season). I had the best of luck of watching the snowfall out of the window as I was eating. Room was spacious, with a balcony and a lovely view, the heating was working very well. Could park just next to the door, but there aren't many parking places (I imagine that during ski peak season, it may be an issue). This is a family owned property, and therefore the treatment was very friendly (which, unfortunately, it is not a standard in Germany). Overall, a good experience. I am used to chain hotels, with all confort included, but wouldn't mind staying here again.

Absolutely beautiful place. Balcony view was breathtaking. Staff were extremely happy and helpful. Breakfast very yummy with a wide range of food. Hotel with such a special character.
