Beautiful little place to stay. Very clean and modern. Lovely view over the road to a field and on to the sea. About a 10 minute drive to Kirkwall.

Great location, really clear instructions to find it, and warm and comfy. Great bed and shower, kitchen had what you needed. Great base for exploring mainland Orkney

This is a gem of an apartment. We never expected it to be so beautiful, new and just perfect. Ellen is a very kind and generous host. She contacted us before we arrived to let us know that although breakfast was not included, she would provide the basics. We even found fruit and fresh free-range eggs, which was such a treat. The apartment is in a building of its own. It is quiet, extremely well-equipped and cosy - we would have loved to stay longer. We cannot recommend it highly enough. This was the biggest surprise of our trip as we never expected it to be so perfect :-). Thank you, Ellen, for a wonderful stay!

Communication and access was terrific especially as we arrived very late off the ferry. The accommodation was a self contained little bungalow with exceptional facilities all brand new and spotlessly clean. There was everything you could need and all very tasteful and contemporary.

Everything was simply perfect. The apartment or better the small house is equippped with any modern facilities, even two TV sets, one in each rroom..Perfect cleanliness and tidiness. You can park your car just in front of the house. I felt as at home. I strongly recimmend it
