The staff were friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to Reception Agent Anna and Waiter Sasha for their nice service. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a real bathtub. We also appreciated complimentary hot drink available in the lobby. Breakfast was a rich, varied, and absolutely delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience !
