The location was perfect. The staff was excellent and accommodate us with all our needs. The restaurant was superb!! Everything we ordered was made to perfection! Parking is available upon request. And the view from our room was spectacular! Thank You for everything. We will be back.

Outstanding staff and service and the view was to die for! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The meals were so good. Location was great with access to buses and the ferry.

The view was truly incredible. Lake como is usually overpriced for cheap rooms but this felt like a true hidden gem. The room isn’t the most modern but the charm from this old Italian place with the unbeatable view from the balcony and room window is definitely worth the stay. The restaurant is also very very good but a little bit more pricey than typical Italian places. The staff was welcoming 😊 thanks Carlotta

Location by the Como lake (had a lake view room which was simple & small but fine for us). Good breakfast, helpful staff (ask for restaurant recommendations or sights to see), the restaurant was really good but closed on Tuesdays (make reservations as it is busy), There are a ferry point near by & the bus stops near by. There are parking on site but limited and narrow parking spots.
