The hotel (receptionist Nicky and housekeeping guys) and restaurant (Ukrainians hostess Maria, cooks Valentina and Sergey) staff were brilliant. Amazing seaview from our room as by request.

Paradiso dreams hotel nessebar new town had everything a family holiday required. Comfortable rooms, well served kitchen delivering delicious breakfast every morning. The swimming pool was beautifully located in front of the beach giving you a view of the sea. Room service was always prompt everyday. Front desk staff were the best, beautiful! 🤗 Very clean hotel

It is close to the seaside and the view from the room is really nice. Also, I appreciate they gave us bottled water everyday.

Great location, walking distance to Sunny Beach and to the Nessebar old town, near stores and restaurants but not noisy or confusing. Facilities and breakfast are ok for a 4 star hotel. The parking is paid, but fair price and easy to access.

The location is very good, 3 mins walking to beach, 5 mins walking to the walking street. We had two rooms apartment, the space is really big. The general manager of the hotel is a very responsible person! Because of a small mistake made by the hotel staff, the car I rented had scratches. After the hotel manager learned about the incident, he helped to contact and handle the matter and promised to bear the costs incurred. Just rely on the manager's responsibility. I believe that every guest staying in this hotel will be well protected and taken care of.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and even let us check out a bit later than that was planned. The location was excellent and right on the beach front. The breakfast was very good

Location was fabulous, right on the beach. Easy access to both Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Good restaurants in the locality. Great value for money. Apartment and staff were excellent. Breakfast every morning was very good with a great variety of food. Something for everyone.
