Juan was a lovely host. The location of the property is very good - within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores as well as the beach. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. We weren’t expecting any cleaning whilst there because it’s an apartment but we were provided with fresh towels after a few days which was nice.

Our second visit in six months! If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is in a great location for you, a few minutes walk from the Balcon, and great beaches, surrounded by cafes & restaurants. Its a clean and comfortable budget accommodation. Great communication, and very easy key collection. We parked in the nearby large carpark and purchased a four day ticket which is discounted.

It's all about the location here! It's a basic apartment, nothing luxurious, bit it's in a great location, on one of the main streets in Nerja. Its 5 minute walk to the Balcon, easy walk to lla few great beaches, and ba4s/ restaurants all around. The guy who met us was super helpful. The apartment was clean and functional

as a solo female traveller it was perfect location size and price. the host was super nice and helpful. toilet seat was faulty he repaired it Immediately. easy walk to Balcon Beach and everywhere. A Gem 💎 10/10
