I really liked how clean and tidy the room was. It had a small fridge and balcony, which was really a bonus. It's located on such a centric street so it was so easy to walk around the center and stay out late knowing I could easily return to the hostel in a few minutes. The check-in was effortless. The communication with the staff was nice and easy. Everything in the room and the bathroom was new and clean, and it smelled clean too. I'm delighted with my stay in this hostel and I would definitely stay there again.

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to El Balcón. Very friendly staff. Room extremely clean and comfortable, perfect for our New Year's Eve stay. Would definitely return to Hostal Nerjasol.

The perfect location just a few metres from the centre with all of the bars and restaurants. Always spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed here many times over the last couple of years. The only thing that marred this 4 day stay was the fact that there was a problem with the hot water system and it was cold showers for 2 of the days ! These things happen so not a criticism of the hostel in general. There is a great little bar for breakfast ,very near ,called Coffee mar . The entrance is an alleyway next to Único restaurant and opposite Botanic (two great places to eat ) on the main pedestrian walk where all the restaurants are located.
