The room was lovely, everything we needed. Breakfast was continental but plenty there. Nice outside space (we didn't use the pool) and our room had a balcony too.

A great choice when staying in Nerja. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We managed to lock ourselves out on the first night and Gaby (the maintenance man) arrived within 10 minutes to let us in. This was very much appreciated, especially as it was Boxing Day! Breakfast was simple but tasty. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place.

Good location! Clean basement room which can get quite humid if you do not use the AC-machine in drying-mode to fix that. Excellent breakfast and nice staff.

The location was great walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful, there was plenty of choice for breakfast (buffet breakfast), tea,coffee, meat, cheeses and choice of juices and a choice of bread. We had a lovely stay nothing was too much for the staff or management our queries were answered straight away overall it is a fantastic place to stay I would definitely return.

Carmen Rooms is located in a quiet street within walking distance of Playa Burriana. It was very easy to park in front of the B&B. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, not very extensive though. You can make free coffee and get beer or wine for a small cost (loyalty bar) in the afternoon/evening.

We loved every minute spent at Carmen Rooms. There is so much attention to detail, love and care put into the place, that we almost instantly felt like we were at home. My parents and I occupied the suite with terrace, which I can highly recommend for a family of 3 or 4. The location is great, close to everything, yet super quite. Free and easy parking is a major bonus. I would like to say special thanks to the housekeeper, who's name I unfortunately do not know, for being very friendly and helpful. Communication with hosts prior to our arrival was also a 10 out 10. Wish we stayed longer! Tack.
