Had bad luck on Friday 13th when we locked ourselves out at 23.00 at night! Called the emergency number and a lovely man was there in 15 minutes and rescued us. I felt terrible for calling someone out at night (also a bit stupid!) but he could not have been nicer about it all, he was lovely, and saved the day. The Las Rosas team are a real credit to the business.
