Our 4-bedroom villa is located 500 meters from Burriana beach, in Lucena street, Miramar urbanization. It has 3 floors in total. The main floor has a toilet, the living room and the kitchen. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning and one of them with a ceiling fan. This floor has a full bathroom. The ground floor of the house has a room with 3 more beds and a complete bathroom. The house has a private terrace with barbecue and a small terrace with a solarium which is accessed from one of the bedrooms. The complex has a communal pool for all those who live in the residential.
