The room was clean and the area is quite, despite the fact that you arrive in the center in 3 minutes by walking. We had a room with sea view, with nice terrace. The fact that the room has window blinds, helped us to have a much more restful sleep (it was the first accommodation in Greece where I found this facility). It was the perfect acommodation for us.

The room looked exactly like in the photos, clean, comfortable and had the biggest and cleanest bathroom I have seen in Greece so far. The property is located on a hill, in a quiet area, but beach and promenade are easy to reach within a few minute walk, although it may be a little bit challenging. We had a ground floor room with entrance facing the street, but the insulation was good and we didn’t have problem with noise. Definitely recommend and will come back if we visit Neos Marmaras again.

The room was nice and clean. The bedroom was very comfortable. The terrace was with sea view. The location was good-near the center and restaurants, but not noisy.

Great location, about a 5 minute walk from the town center. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, towels and sheets changed every 3 days, which I found very reasonable. Plenty of parking spaces available as well and the owners are very nice, they even offered some recommendations.

The property still smells like new. Clean and comfortable. It was cleaned every day and change of towels on second day. Quiet and nice. Even if that is on a hill, the center is near. The beach is a bit away but that is the case with every property in Neos Marmaras since the beach is on the side of the village.
