The room was very spacious, clean and with a very nice view. The service and location were both great. Clean towels were provided daily also the room had all the basic amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Neos Marmaras! The location is perfect, offering stunning sea views and breathtaking sunsets. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help and provide recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is also conveniently located near the center of Neos Marmaras, where you can find many restaurants, bars, and shops. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation by the Aegean Sea with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Amazing staff, they we're very friendly and offered a lot of help regarding beaches to visit, boats to rent and places to eat. The room was cleaned daily and it had everything we needed for this trip. :D

Room was very tidy and just as advertised, newly renovated. The hotel is positioned in center of Neos Marmaras and despite that it has 2 floors, the building has elevator. Andreas (the owner) but also the staff were extremely polite and and more than helpfull.

The staff was very friendly and nice, always there to help! The rooms were renovated and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Had a great time and can only recommend it!
