Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.If your rate includes Spa access, you may use the Spa area from 3 p.m. on your arrival day until noon on your departure day. Please note that children are not allowed in the spa area after 18:00Please note that with the current measures, entry to the spa is included until noon on the day of departure.

Location, the room, the restaurant, the breakfast… We haven’t tried the spa unfortunately, we were tight on the schedule.

Reception was curtly efficient. The room was comfortable and made up by mid-afternoon. The coffee machine was defective but the television worked, eventually(possibly weak batteries in the the remote control) and good, wooden hangers were available on request. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was reasonably generous but cold; the scrambled eggs were runny but fried eggs were available at a charge ( 2 for ChF5) and the toaster warmed the bread. The exercise room in the sauna area was easy to find at the head of fairly steep stairs without hand/guard rail; it did not have a stationary bicycle.

The spa is wonderful and the hotel is very cosy and well placed for hikes in the summer and skiing in the winter

The spa facilities were absolutely out of this world especially the outdoor pool! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice loads of choices of food and drink
