the location is good. for further comfort for your guests, provide a sound proof on your garage apartment as it was disturbing a lot. further more just check your guests to limit noise for we are there to rest from our hard work during the day.

The property was clean and easy to find via GPS. The location was also convenient and easy access to the main roads and shops. There's room for improvement in terms of room accessories.
