Besides the fact that the place was peaceful and beautiful, the service was top class. The rooms were clean and spacious, wifi service was good and the restaurant service was amazing and the food was to die for.

I travel to Nelspruit regularly and have tried a few places (I am quite picky). Sheppard's is the best option time and time again and it is value for money. Friendly staff. Will keep going back.

Sheppard Boutique is always exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and the food from the Grill house restaurant is out of this world. When you sit on the deck of the restaurant or by the pool, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Serene, peaceful and a great spot to unwind. Definitely our favourite place to stay in Nelspruit.

We had a great 3 day stay in this hotel. The restaurant part of this hotel has a beautiful view. The security was very friendly en helpful, they called a taxi for us and even washed our car before our leave (we asked and payed for it ofcourse). The reception helped us with printing the panorama route and booked a self drive at Krugerpark for us. The women at the breakfast were very friendly. The room we had was on a corner and was very nice.
