Wow, 🤩 lol we checked out to go, but made our way right back! We decided to extend our holiday for another week. Sunsets and sun rise from all angles were beautiful. Thanks once again team Nelspruit Lodge for your excellent hospitality and nothing beats your lounging areas by the pool or a lovely walk around where you situated. Everything is near by! You location is just perfect for site seeing and all types of restaurants and shops! It’s a win for any family! Keep up at what you guys are doing! It is working! Monique & Rouan Thank you once again for your outstanding service and for always going the extra mile! Your security is phenomenal 🤗 We will definitely be back!

The rooms were comfy, I love the fact that there are three swimming pools, location is perfect, staff was welcoming 🙏 I booked last minute and got an upgrade which was highly appreciated . Thank you!

The pool area was clean and well maintained The staff were extremely friendly and helpful Monique and Ruan were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home and made our stay extremely enjoyable and pleasant. Family Friendly and told us all tourists detonations and they put our safety first.

Everything, the place was modern. We got upgraded to a family room, and it worked out excellent for me with two kids. The toilets, the pool were clean and room service were excellent.

There was a Christmas Eve party the night we booked in and the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a Presidental Suite where we couldn't hear the noise at all. I liked the beautiful bathroom which had a big shower as well as a spa bath. The room had a very comfortable bed and a tv that can be viewed from your bed. The unit had a kitchen with a fridge, safe, kettle and coffee for the morning.

The stuff and the rooms are beautiful, the carpets were smelling a bit wet. But we enjoyed our stay and we will certainly use the place again

Liked the first room we were in, we were put up in the exclusive Penthouse of the Lodge and it was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming. It created a wonderful travelling experience for us as we were there for my birthday weekend, we felt as though we weren't in the city at all and felt like we were in pure luxury. Had some confusion with our check-in but thanks to PJ, such a wonderful person and soul, so kind and was quick to sort everything out for us especially me (pregnant, grumpy woman). PJ sorted out our booking mix up and room and took us to the wonderful Penthouse. (Give that man a Bells plus he was under the weather but still took care of us). The general manager Roan was wonderful and professional as well, he came to meet us and both him and PJ gave us complementary breakfast for the confusion. I've traveled and have never seen such a well oiled machine in a lodge that's being run like a 5 star hotel. The two ladies who came to clean the Penthouse thank you to them as well, didn't get their names. The entire stuff amazing. Left our belongings behind check-out we are back in Gauteng and they called us to tell us all is safe with them for us to pick up when we're ready to come do that. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. (Chef came to our room after breakfast was long served to ask if we were ready for breakfast.. Wonderful stuff indeed). Loved everything about the Penthouse and the experience of the Lodge will definitely come back for this experience.

The rooms are beautiful, with many well-thought out details and luxury features. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the lodge is close to many shops and useful places, but felt peaceful and quiet.
