Leaves Luxury Lodge & Spa features only a small number of rooms and suites, each with modern furnishings and earthy tones, satellite TV, minibars and air conditioning.

The facilities are well kitted out. The room was very clean, comfortable and could pass for a home away from home - really impressed. Load shedding was an issue with regards to making coffee or using any of the appliances in the rooms - the rooms are not powered through any generator. They do have battery powered lights that allow for you to get by.

I loved everything about the lodge, the staff was exceptionally friendly, from Sydney assisting with the perfect room, phoning the spa for a booking on arrival to accommodate me. Yvonne at the spa was so lovely. The prices at the spa were great. Sfiso, Prince,Fredrick, Walter's and the ladies, assistance in making my stay amazing. Great conversation with the staff. I unfortunately did not enjoy my dinner, not much variety. Food lacked seasoning, would recommend that a South African menu introduced. Definitely coming back for longer stay.
