Great location and reception very accomodating, lovely views. Walk across the road to the beach! Plenty of restaurants around, 10min trip on the bus to town.

great views of the beach and easy access to it. There is a cafe under the building for that early m morning kick start. Easy access to all other areas of Nelson

The Sands was in a convienet location with fabulous views and some cafes, restaurants nearby. Unit itself was very comfortable with a great balcony overlooking the beach. Would stay here aagain.
