Lovely welcome, excellent staff. very clean room and comfortable bed. Wifi worked well and parking and access very easy. Large fridge in the room, which was a bonus and a separate luggage area with sinks.

The motel is close to city centre. It was a clean facility with comfortable beds and a full bathroom with a tub which my wife really appreciated. ALSO, I had forgotten my cell phone in the room and they held it until my son who was in that region could pick it up for me a few days later. They also made certain that it was indeed my son who was retrieving the phone and not someone unauthorized to take it.

Staff was great! Very polite and courteous. Onlynissue we had was a small campfire smoke smell on checkin. Told the front desk, wasnt bothered by it. They cleaned the unit the next day while we were gone! They even checked in to see if we were satisfied!

These are very clean , well laid out Rooms !The Beds are just the right firmness , a rare thing these Days ! I loved the Bathroom ! It would be something I would like in my own Home . Everything looked new in the Room , the nice Lady at the front Desk even got some Tylenol for me! . This is my go-to place in Nelson from now on . It is a very good value for the Money , and the people are nice(that matters!).
