All guests 19 and older must present a valid form of identification upon check-in.Please note, pet-friendly rooms are limited and based on availability. There is a there is a nightly charge applied.Please note, the fitness centre is available for guests 19 years of age and older.Please note: In an effort to offer guests the best possible experience, we are in the process of an extensive lobby renovation. Work began in early January and includes the replacement of flooring tiles, a new front desk area, new doors, painting, and décor changes. The project is expected to be ongoing until mid-March and will take place throughout the day and evening, up to 7 days a week. While we will do our very best to keep the impact on our valued guests as minimal as possible, there will be times when noise and dust levels will be elevated. At this time, the main entrance will be restricted and no longer available for use. Guests are asked to enter the resort through the convention doors (on the left end of the building near the park) where we have set-up a temporary front desk area. The resort’s pool, gym, and restaurants will remain open and a temporary pathway through the lobby will be used for guest access to those amenities.We recognize that these renovations may be disappointing to your stay, however, we hope you’ll join in the excitement regarding the wonderful changes ahead. Thank you for your patience and understanding; we look forward to offering an enhanced experience in the near future.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

He only disappointment was that the pool was not open; otherwise an excellent experience. All the staff including the restaurant were friendly & attentive. The location was great for access to the town centre & the lakeside walks.

Food was delicious although of vast proportion. The staff were delightful and one waiter (whose name we did not get unfortunately)at dinner gave us excellent local recommendations. Lovely coffee shop on site and hotel right beside the lake with great views and local walks.

Great breakfast choices in restaurant with lakeside views. Ground floor lakeside room had a lovely grassy exterior with chairs and loungers. Option of coffee bar for breakfast. Lovely staff.

the location on the lake and a balcony gave us a terrific view that was relaxing and restorative. It was a short walk to the town which was good, we were away from any noise but had good access to stores and some really great restaurants. The pool in the hotel was not huge but big enough to do laps and the machines in the workout room well maintained. Finally, the staff could not have been more positive, helpful and knowlegeable.
