I loved the location. The hotel is within walking distance to facilities and the main street. The staff are incredible. Very helpful and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Nelson and close to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean with enough bedding and towels.

Really nice and tastefully decorated hotel. It is located right in the center and has a large parking lot. It does not offer breakfast, however it provides complimentary coffee and has an excellent café right next door, as well as a nice pub inside. But we would like to say a few words for the wonderful staff who helped us so much in a complicated situation we found ourselves in, welcomed us and helped us with maximum availability. Thank you very much!

Check in was welcoming. Close to all shops and restaurants. Room was clean and well equipped toiletries etc

Very conveniently situated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Paring on street is free overnight. Ltd hotel parking to rear. Eating options on site.
